Coaching and mentoring with Sheffield Positive Outcomes Group in 2006
Coaching and mentoring Rotherham Positive Activities for Young People Programme 2006 & 2007
Coaching and mentoring Young People associated with Sheffield Connections Group 2005
Mentoring and coaching pupils from Whiston Pupil Referral Unit in 2008
The majority were coached on a voulantary basis to gain experience in coaching and working with Young People whilst also
promoting BMX and cycling as an accessible sport for everyone.

We tailor our sessions to meet the individual needs of riders.
As well as BMX Progression we can also help you work towards the Duke of Edinburgh Access Note for Physical Recreation
Award although there is a minimum requirement of at least 12 individual sessions of 1 hour per session.
This Award is an enjoyable, challenging and rewarding programme for personal development for people aged between 14-25
years old. There are 3 Awards...
Bronze - 14+
Silver - 15+
Gold - 16+
People are continually assessed through the period of participation and when the award is achieved prospective employers
in all industries see this as an extremly positive certificate to have on your resume. It shows an individual has many attributes
which include high effort, application, technique, skills aquisition, tactical knowledge, perception, self improvement, willingness
to learn, self discipline, working both individually and in a group.
We are able to provide bikes and safety helmets at an additional cost although we do require sufficient notice.
